NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Boulder Valley School District RE-2 (“District) in the Counties of Boulder, Broomfield and Gilpin in the State of Colorado, will be on the 9^th day of May, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. make final payment to FCI Constructors for the following District Bond Program project:

Meadowlark School Serving Grades PK – 8, 2300 Meadow Sweet Lane, Erie, CO 80516                                                                                                                                                    

Any person, co-partnerships, associations of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, equipment rentals, sustenance, provisions, or other supplies used or consumed by any contractor or subcontractor, in or about the performance of the named project is hereby notified to file any claim on account of furnishing any of said items on or before said time.

Payment will be made at the Boulder Valley School District Education Center, Bond Planning, Engineering & Construction Office located at 6500 Arapahoe, Boulder, Colorado.
