Project Description: This project bid package consists of subtrade work for the construction of an Athletic Stadium + Site Improvements. This bid group includes bid packages: BP-H – Rebar, BP-I Masonry, BP-J Steel, Metal Decking, Misc Metals
NOTICE
A. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PCL Construction Services will receive bids for award of Subcontracts for the above named Project up to, but not later than the bid deadline. Subcontract awards are anticipated within 60 days of bid deadline.
B. Plans and Specifications are available electronically. Constructions documents can be accessed via the link:

C. Questions, clarifications and/or RFI’s should be directed to PCL, Patrick Goforth, via email, at pgoforth@pcl.com, and shall be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid date.
D. BIDDERS as specified in the Bidding Instructions shall be required to submit a Prequalification and be prequalified by PCL seven (7) days prior to the Bid Date.
E. Each BIDDER, simultaneously with the execution of the Subcontract Agreement, shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. Said Bonds shall be from an admitted California Surety satisfactory to PCL Construction Services, with an A.M. Best rating of A- or better, and listed in the Federal Register, issued by the Department of Treasury and licensed in California. Or Subcontractor shall be preapproved to join PC’s Contractor Default Insurance Program (Subguard). Said Bonds shall remain in full force and effect through the guarantee period.
F. The BIDDER shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professionals Code and be licensed in the applicable classifications for the trades for which the contractor is submitting a bid.
G. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening Date.
H. PCL reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding.

J. PCL reserves right to reject a BIDDER whose EMR exceeds 1.20 in either most recent year or average of last three years.
K. Prevailing wages apply. The District shall be enforcing a Labor Compliance in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Assembly Bill – 1506 and pursuant to California Labor Code sections 1770 et. Seq.
