 Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be viewed but not obtained at the Public Works Department, 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, California 94553-4897, Monday - Thursday (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), and Friday (7:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.). Plans and specifications can be obtained via the Contra Costa County Public Works Department’s Online Planroom at www.cccounty.us/pwprojects. A non-refundable service charge for bid documents is required in the amount of $40 (sales tax included). Shipping charges are extra, depending on the delivery method. The Public Works Department does not guarantee the arrival of the plans and specifications in time for bidding.
