INVITATION FOR BIDS
Project: The Town of Crestone is seeking proposals for construction of a street improvement project consisting of paving, curb & gutter, and sidewalk improvements for a several block area. This is a Design Build project for which a general contractor will be selected. Pre-Construction Documents describe the general scope and content of the Project, upon which construction proposals will be evaluated.
Estimated Construction Cost: $600,000
Proposal Submittal Deadline: Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk at Crestone Town Hall, 108 W. Galena Avenue, Crestone, Colorado, until 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 10, 2018, for construction of the project referenced above.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday April 30, 2018 at 11:00 am, at Crestone Town Hall, 108 W. Galena Avenue, Crestone, Colorado 81131.
Bid and Contract Documents: Pre-construction documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, can be obtained in electronic form at the town’s website: www.townofcrestone.org.
Federal Standards: This project is partially funded by HUD-CDBG. Davis-Bacon Wages and Federal Labor Standards apply.
