 NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT

Edison School District 54JT, in the County of El Paso, in the State of Colorado, is finalizing payment to JHL Constructors, for work associated the projects commonly known as Edison Jr./Sr. High School-Phase one and Edison Jr./Sr. High School-Addition and Renovation.  Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that furnished labor, materials, equipment rentals, sustenance or other supplies used or consumed by and contracted in or about the performance of said work are hereby notified to file any claim on account of furnishing any of said items on or before May 3, 2018.  Such notice shall be sent to BCD Consulting, Inc., Attn: Dave Roudebush, 6230 Lake Shore Court, Colorado Springs, 80915.
