INVITATION TO BID

The Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board will receive Bids for the Sterling Ranch – Titan Road Phase 2, Filing 2, and Providence Park Project until 3 P.M. May 9, 2018.

A description of the Work to be performed is:  Titan Road Phase 2, Sterling Ranch Filing 2 Subdivision, and Providence Park Landscape Improvements located in Douglas County, Colorado. This work will consist of landscape; irrigation; hardscape; and site amenities to include plantings, irrigation systems, concrete works, retaining walls, art pieces, lighting, hardware and traffic control.

An optional pre-bid conference will be held at Redland located at 1500 West Canal Court, Littleton, CO 80120 at 10 A.M. on April 25, 2018.
