DMV SANTA ROSA HVAC REPLACEMENT

PROJECT NUMBER 1894
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Demolition and removal of existing rooftop multi-zone HVAC unit, rooftop chiller, rooftop boiler, pumps, piping and all associated accessories, and removal of ice storage tanks located in the Mechanical Yard. Furnish and Install new rooftop multi-zone HVAC unit with gas heating and air cooled condenser; multi-zone unit shall include an economizer and CO2 sensors. Furnish and install new supply diffusers and return registers. Furnish and install a new Energy Management System (EMS) with remote monitoring and control. Remove and replace rooftop exhaust fan. Air balance the new HVAC units and exhaust fan. Clean all ductwork. Disconnect lighting controls of existing exterior light fixtures both on the building and site controlled by timer, and rewire existing light fixtures to be controlled by new EMS related work.
License required to bid the project: B or C-20
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
Prospective bidders must attend the MANDATORY pre‑bid site inspection tour on 4/25/2018 at the Santa Rosa DMV Office located at 2570 Corby Avenue, Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, CA 95407. Inspection tour will begin at 8:00 A.M. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
