Successful Bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for all subcontracts exceeding $50,000. Bonds to be issued by a surety that is U.S. Treasury listed and carries an AM Best Rating of A- VII or above.

Subcontracts shall be executed on Hensel Phelps Construction Co.’s standard subcontract forms, copies of which may be found with the bid documents.  Workers’ Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required from all Subcontractors
