NOTICE CALLING FOR BIDS

The San Francisco Unified School District will receive bids in the lobby of, 135 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, California on TUESDAY, May 8, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. for A.D.A SITE IMPROVEMENTS OF UPPER PLAY YARD PROJECT AT NORIEGA EARLY EDUCATION SCHOOL, SFUSD PROJECT NO. 12004.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Work consists of, but not limited to demolition and removal of existing play structures and rubber tile surfacing, installation of new play structure components and new rubber tile surfacing. The estimated construction value of the Work is $200,000.00.

A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 AT 10:00 A.M. at the NORIEGA EARLY EDUCATION SCHOOL - LOCATED AT 1775 44TH AVENUE, SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

94122 Bidders must attend the site meeting to qualify to bid on this project. Meet in front of the main entrance gates of the school at 44th Avenue. Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed  and purchased via ARC Northern California website, starting on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 12 noon.  Please go to www.e-arc.com/ca/sanfrancisco/bryant; select “Order from PlanWell,” click on the Public Planroom “button” and search for project name and number to view or order plans.
