NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

Subject:           2017 Sanitary SEWER Improvements

PROJECT No. 16350.C.15

Insituform Technologies, LLC

Notice is hereby given that on May 14, 2018, final settlement to Insituform Technologies LLC, Contractor, will be made by Daniels Sanitation District for and on account of the contract for the construction of the above referenced project.  Work was within the City of Lakewood in Jefferson County and consisted of various sanitary mainline point repairs and full linings.

Any person, partnership, association, company or corporation which has unpaid claims against said Contractor for or on account of furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender, rental machinery, tools, equipment or other supplies or services used or consumed by said Contractor or his subcontractors in or about the performance of the above named project, may in accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 C.R.S 1973 as amended, file with the Daniels Sanitation District, 1002 Kipling St. Lakewood, CO 80215. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and received on or before May 3, 2018.

Failure to file a verified claim prior to May 3, 2018 shall release the Daniels Sanitation District from any and all liability related to the project.
