Project Description
The project consists of two sites at the University of Colorado campus which will address ongoing problems associated with localized flooding. The work includes but is not limited to, demolition, concrete, electrical and mechanical. The project is partially funded by a grant from the Colorado Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). Specific federal requirements related to the HMGP grant are included in the Supplemental General Conditions to Contractor’s Design/Bid/Build Agreement.

Preference shall be given to Colorado resident bidders and for Colorado labor, as provided by law.
A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on April 20th, 2018 at 1:00 pm – University of Colorado Boulder, Department of Facilities Management, Research Lab. No. 2 – 1540 30th Street, Room 321, Boulder, CO 80309.
Sealed Bids will be received from qualified contractors on May 8th, 2018 until 2:00 PM
