EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT is inviting bids for the project referred to and described as follows:

Each bid shall be made in accordance with the Contract Documents on file and available for inspection beginning on April 5, 2018 at the District offices located at 2950 Peralta Oaks Ct., Oakland, CA.

Prospective bidders may review or purchase electronic or hard copies of original bid documents thru the following methods:

Hard copies are also available for viewing (but not for purchase) at various builder’s exchanges as listed on the website noted above.

A bidder must purchase a complete set (hard or electronic copy) from BPXpress Reprographics to be considered responsive and to receive addenda notifications. There is a non-refundable fee of $40 PER SET for a bid package, plus shipping and handling if necessary.

A mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 16 at 9:30AM.  Meet at the intersection of Deer Valley Rd. and Empire Mine Rd.  See plan set for location and directions.

Sealed bids shall be delivered to the District’s Environmental Programs office at the above address, directed to the attention of Karla Cuero, Project Coordinator, before 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened at the same location at that time.
