INVITATION TO PROPOSE
Parsons Environment & Infrastructure Group Inc. on behalf of the Lowry Environmental Protection/Cleanup Trust Fund (“Trust”)
New Treated Water Line for Lowry Landfill Superfund Site
All firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications and Proposal to Parsons, on behalf of the Owner, for construction of a new double-walled water conveyance line from the west side of the on-site water treatment plant (WTP) approximately one (1) mile west to an off-site existing sanitary sewer, 17SET-1, manhole owned by the City of Aurora. The new double-walled conveyance line includes new Vaults for air release and system monitoring and road crossings, with work on property owned or controlled by the following:
1. Lowry Environmental Protection/Cleanup Trust and the Coors Lowry-Site Environmental Protection Cleanup Trust.
2. Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).
3. E-470 Public Highway Authority.
4. Arapahoe Park and Recreation District.
5. City of Aurora
6. City and County of Denver
7. County of Arapahoe
All work must be conducted in accordance with all local, state, and federal requirements and permits. Construction is anticipated to start mid-June 2018 and all construction activities within the site must be completed and cleared by October 22, 2018.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM. The RFP will include information on the location; therefore, Bidders must have an RFP package prior to the meeting.
Proposals Due: Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than 12:00 p.m., local time Wednesday, May 2nd and must be submitted to Belinda Jenkins, Administrative Manager, via email at Belinda.jenkins@parsons.com.
