TURNER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY(TURNER) IS SEEKING QUALIFIED SUBCONTRACTORS FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT:
SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
CONTRACT NO. 9034.66
TERMINAL 2 TOWER BUILD BACK PROJECT

Turner has been awarded this project, which is the demolition of the existing ATCT CAB and upper floors of Terminal 2 building. The Project includes reconstruction of the Terminal 2 (T2) office tower third and fourth floors into an Airport

- occupied or leasable tenant core and shell space, as well as Seismic Upgrade work to the existing Terminal building.

Only those Subcontractors who meet pre-qualification criteria and are deemed pre-qualified to perform work on their respective trades will be invited to submit a bid. Trade Subcontractors who do not submit the pre- qualification information and are not pre-qualified will not be allowed to bid the project.

Contract documents, including drawings and specifications, for the project are anticipated to be available for bidding February, 2018. Construction start is expected May, 2018.

There is a LBE participation requirement for this project (24% for Design and 20% for Construction), which must be met with LBE firms that are certified Small- or Micro-LBE by the San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division. At bid time, each individual trade package will have a minimum participation requirement listed in order to meet the overall Project LBE participation requirement.
